1. Noteikumos lietotie termini un saīsinājumi:

• 1.1. LFF – Biedrība “Latvijas Futbola federācija”;
• 1.2. Rīkotājs – biedrība “Latvijas Futbola federācija” jeb jebkura fiziska vai juridiska persona, kuru LFF ir deleģējusi plānot un organizēt publisku pasākumu, un kurai ir saistoši Latvijas Republikas spēkā esošie normatīvie akti, kā arī LFF iekšējie izdotie normatīvie akti;
• 1.3. Pasākums – Rīkotāja plānots un organizēts svētku, piemiņas, izklaides, sporta vai atpūtas pasākums neatkarīgi no norises vietas īpašuma piederības;
• 1.4. Pasākuma norises teritorija  – šo noteikumu izpratnē jebkura vieta, kura par maksu vai bez maksas ir pieejama ikvienai fiziskai vai juridiskai personai un kurā pasākumu organizē Rīkotājs;
• 1.5. Kārtības uzturētāji – Valsts policija vai pašvaldības policija, kā arī juridiskā persona, kurai izsniegta licence apsardzes darbības veikšanai un ar kuru Rīkotājs ir noslēdzis līgumu par sabiedriskās kārtības un drošības, kā arī ugunsdrošības prasību izpildi pasākuma laikā, vai Rīkotāja norīkotas personas, kas pasākuma laikā gādā par sabiedriskās kārtības, drošības un ugunsdrošības prasību ievērošanu;
• 1.6. Biļete – papīra formas biļete vai ielūgums, elektroniskā biļete, aproce vai cita veida atpazīšanas zīme, kas dod tās turētājam tiesības apmeklēt Pasākumu;
• 1.7. Biļešu tirgotājs – Persona, kas ir tiesīga pārdot Biļetes uz Pasākumu;
• 1.8. Apmeklētājs – jebkura persona, kas vēlas apmeklēt Pasākumu vai apmeklē Pasākumu;
• 1.9. Noteikumi – šie noteikumi.

2. Vispārīgie noteikumi

• 2.1. Noteikumu mērķis ir nodrošināt LFF organizēto publisko pasākumu netraucētu un drošu norisi;
• 2.2. Noteikumi izstrādāti pamatojoties uz likumu ”Publisku izklaides un svētku pasākumu drošības likums”, Latvijas Republikā, LFF, Eiropas Futbola asociāciju savienībā un Starptautiskā Futbola federāciju asociācijā spēkā esošajiem normatīvajiem aktiem;
• 2.3. Iegādājoties Biļetes un/vai, ienākot vai, mēģinot ienākt Pasākuma norises teritorijā, tiek pieņemts, ka Apmeklētājs ir iepazinies un apņēmies ievērot šos Noteikumus, kā arī Latvijas Republikas normatīvos aktus.
• 2.4. Pasākuma laikā var tikt veikta filmēšana un fotografēšana no Rīkotāja vai citu tam pilnvaroto personu puses. Iegādājoties Biļeti uz Pasākumu un/vai apmeklējot Pasākuma norises vietu, Apmeklētājs piekrīt, ka var tikt fotografēts un filmēts, ka viņa attēls var tikt izmantots filmās, fotogrāfijās, audiovizuālajos ierakstos, visas tiesības uz šādu materiālu un tā izmantošanu pieder Rīkotājam vai attiecīgi pilnvarotajai trešajai personai. Šādu materiālu Rīkotājs vai attiecīgi pilnvarotā trešā persona var izmantot pēc saviem ieskatiem visā pasaulē jebkuros plašsaziņas līdzekļos reklāmas nolūkos vai citam mērķim, kā arī komerciālos nolūkos, piemēram, DVD izdošanā, bez jebkādas atlīdzības vai kompensācijām par iepriekš minēto Apmeklētājam.
• 2.5. Pasākuma norises teritorijā ir aizliegts veikt jebkādu komercdarbību bez iepriekšēja rakstiska saskaņojuma ar LFF.

3. Ieejas biļetes, ielūgumi un abonementi

• 3.1. Biļetes var būt papīra formā, elektroniskā formā (svītrkods mobilajās ierīcēs), kā aproces vai jebkurā citā formā, kas var tikt ieviests laika gaitā, lai nodrošinātu Apmeklētāju tiesības apmeklēt Pasākumu. Pēc to iegādes Biļetes nevar tikt anulētas vai samainītas citādi kā vien saskaņā ar šiem Noteikumiem vai saskaņā ar Biļešu tirgotāja, no kura Biļetes tiek iegādātas, noteikumiem. Biļetes atbilstība tikai pēc augstāk minētās formas nenozīmē, ka Apmeklētājs automātiski tiek pielaists Pasākuma apmeklēšanai, papildus nepieciešams konstatēt arī Biļetes derīgumu jeb Biļetes uzrādītāja tiesības apmeklēt konkrēto Pasākumu ar konkrēto Biļeti.
• 3.2. Tikai personas, kurām ir derīgas Biļetes, tiks ielaistas uz Pasākumu. Biļetēm ir jāatrodas pie Apmeklētāja visā Pasākuma laikā un visā apmeklējuma laikā. Apmeklētājam ir jāglabā Biļetes drošībā.
• 3.3. Apmeklētāja biļete var tikt atzīta par nederīgu, ja tā ir bojāta, saplēsta, izmainīta (saķēpāta, saburzīta, aplieta, no tās ir noplēsta daļa u.tml.). Noplēšot fiziskās biļetes pasakni, tā kļūst nederīga. Biļetes netiks atjaunotas, ja tās ir pazaudētas vai nozagtas. LFF, Rīkotājs un Biļešu tirgotājs neuzņemas atbildību par Biļetes nozaudēšanu vai zādzību.
• 3.4. Īpašumā vai valdījumā esoša Biļete nedod nekādas tiesības jebkādā veidā izmantot, mainīt, kopēt vai kā citādi rīkoties ar jebkuru simbolu, preču zīmi, logotipu un/vai jebkādu ar autortiesībām aizsargātu intelektuālo īpašumu, kas attēlots uz šīs biļetes vai tiek izmantots saistībā ar Pasākumu. Biļetes nedrīkst izmantot reklāmām, konkursiem, derībām vai citos komerciālos nolūkos bez LFF iepriekšējas rakstiskas piekrišanas.
• 3.5. Katra Biļete nodrošina Apmeklētāju ar tiesībām atrasties noteiktā sēdvietā vai stāvvietu zonā atbilstoši Biļetes vērtībai un Biļetē norādītajai zonai vai sēdvietai. Rīkotājs patur tiesības nodrošināt alternatīvas sēdvietas, ja organizatorisku, tehnisku vai drošības iemeslu dēļ nav iespējams nodrošināt Apmeklētāja atrašanos sēdvietās vai zonās, kas norādītas uz Biļetes. Pie šādiem apstākļiem Rīkotājs darīs visu iespējamo, lai nodrošinātu Apmeklētājam līdzvērtīgas pēc vērtības vietas, un šādā gadījumā tiek uzskatīts, ka Rīkotājs ir izpildījis savas saistības pret Apmeklētāju, un tas nevar celt jebkāda veida prasības vai pretenzijas pret LFF un/vai Rīkotāju.
• 3.6. Rīkotājam ir tiesības izvēlēties Biļešu tirgotāju, kas veic ieejas biļešu tirdzniecību uz Pasākumu.
• 3.7. Rīkotājs var atteikt iekļūšanu Pasākuma norises vietā, ja ir pamatots iemesls uzskatīt, ka biļetes, kas tiek uzrādītas, ir pirktas no nepilnvarotiem biļešu tirgotājiem vai citiem neatļautiem avotiem, kā arī tad, ja tās ir kopētas vai kā savādāk pavairotas.
• 3.8. Rīkotājs var atteikt iekļūšanu Pasākuma norises vietā, ja pēc Rīkotāja uzskata Apmeklētājs ir pārmērīgā reibuma stāvoklī vai var nonākt pārmērīgā alkohola reibuma stāvoklī.
• 3.9. Atkārtota ieeja pasākuma teritorijā ar iepriekš izmantotu biļeti, ielūgumu vai abonementu ir kategoriski aizliegta.
• 3.10. Saskaņā ar Ministru kabineta noteikumos Nr.255 , „Noteikumi par distances līgumu”. Atteikuma tiesību izmantošana, punktā: 22.12. tiek noteikts, ka patērētājs nevar izmantot atteikuma tiesības, ja - līgums noslēgts par izmitināšanas pakalpojumiem, preču pārvadāšanu, transportlīdzekļu īri, ēdināšanu vai izklaides pasākumiem, ja pakalpojuma sniedzējs apņemas sniegt pakalpojumu noteiktā dienā vai noteiktā laikposmā; ,tāpēc lietotāja nopirktās biļetes netiek uzpirktas atpakaļ.

4. Apmeklētāju pienākumi

• 4.1. Ievērot šos Noteikumus.
• 4.2. Atskanot evakuācijas paziņojumam vai aicinājumam evakuēties, atstāt pasākuma norises vietu pa tuvāko evakuāciju ceļu sekojot norādēm vai Kārtības uzturētāju norādījumiem.
• 4.3. Nekavējoties ziņot pasākuma Rīkotājiem, Kārtības uzturētajiem par pamanītiem aizdomīgiem priekšmetiem, ugunsgrēka un piedūmojuma pazīmēm, likumpārkāpumiem un citiem drošības apdraudējumiem.
• 4.4. Iekļūšanai norobežotajās pasākuma zonās uzrādīt atbilstoša parauga caurlaidi.

5. Drošības noteikumi

• 5.1. Apmeklētājam, lai iekļūtu Pasākuma norises vietā, ir jāuzrāda derīga Biļete. Jebkuram Apmeklētājam pēc pieprasījuma ir jāvar uzrādīt derīgu Biļeti. Nespēja uzrādīt Biļeti var būt par iemeslu Apmeklētāja izraidīšanai no Pasākuma norises vietas.
• 5.2. Personīgas mantas apskate ir priekšnosacījums iekļūšanai Pasākuma norises vietā, tā tiek veikta, lai nodrošinātu Apmeklētāju drošību, atrodoties Pasākuma norises vietā. Kārtības uzturētāji drīkst apskatīt gan apģērbu, gan somas un to saturu, gan citas lietas, kas tiek noteiktas pēc Rīkotāja pamatotiem ieskatiem, gan pie ienākšanas Pasākuma norises vietā, gan izejot no tās.
• 5.3. Apmeklētāji ir atbildīgi par savu īpašumu, kamēr tie atrodas Pasākuma norises vietā. Ne LFF, ne Rīkotājs nenes nekādu atbildību par īpašumu, kas ir nozaudēts, nozagts vai bojāts Pasākuma laikā. Jebkādas lietas, kas tiek atstātas pie ieejas/izejas vai Kārtības uzturēšanas personāla, ir paša Apmeklētāja atbildība.
• 5.4. Pasākumu apmeklēšana ar dzīvniekiem nav atļauta.
• 5.5. Apmeklētājiem var tikt liegta iekļūšana Pasākuma norises vietā, vai tas var tikt izraidīts no Pasākuma bez jebkādas kompensācijas, ja Apmeklētājs atsakās punktā 5.6. minētās aizliegtās lietas atstāt ārpus Pasākuma norises teritorijas vai arī Apmeklētājs nepiekrīt personīgo mantu apskatei, kā arī tad, ja Kārtības uzturētāja pamatotā ieskatā Apmeklētāja uzvedība:

5.5.1. rada riskus savai un citu Pasākuma apmeklētāju veselībai un drošībai;
5.5.2. ietekmē citu apmeklētāju iespējas netraucēti vērot Pasākumu;
5.5.3. ietekmē Pasākuma gaitu;
5.5.4. var bojāt vai bojā Pasākuma norises vietas vai Rīkotāja īpašumu;
5.5.5. pārkāpj normatīvos aktus;
5.5.6. pārkāpj šos Noteikumus vai citus noteikumus, kas jāievēro Pasākuma laikā, piemēram, neievēro Pasākuma norises vietā noteiktus ierobežojumus

–iekļūšanu spēles laukumā vai Apmeklētājiem aizliegtās un slēgtās telpās;
–stāvēšanu evakuācijas ceļos;
–kāpšanu uz Pasākuma norises vietas struktūrelementiem;
–priekšmetu vai vielu mešanu uz spēles laukumu vai pūlī, vai kādam citam apmeklētājam;
–smēķēšanu neatļautā vietā.

• 5.6. Pasākuma teritorijā ir aizliegts ienest:

5.6.1. visa veida ieročus un pašaizsardzības ierīces;
5.6.2. dūmu sveces vai jebkurus sprādzienus imitējošus un pirotehnikas izstrādājumus;
5.6.3. ugunsnedrošas, sprāgstošas, indīgas, toksiskas un kodīgi smaržojošas vielas;
5.6.4. viegli uzliesmojošus priekšmetus vai vielas;
5.6.5. radioaktīvus materiālus;
5.6.6. narkotikās un psihotropās vielas;
5.6.7. profesionālo foto un video tehniku (ar noņemamiem objektīviem);
5.6.8. lāzeriekārtas;
5.6.9. lielgabarīta lietas vai somas (izmērs lielāks par 5 litri);
5.6.10. skaņas pastiprināšanas ierīces, taures, svilpes, bungas u.tml. (izņemot ar LFF rakstisku saskaņojumu);
5.6.11. radio raidītājus;
5.6.12. karogus vai plakātus, kuru ienešana pasākuma teritorijā iepriekš nav saskaņota ar LFF (izņemot spēlējošu komandu valsts karogus, kas nav lielāki par 2m x 1,5m);
5.6.13. karogus ar jebkura cita materiāla kātiem izņemot plastmasu, vai ja plastmasas kāts garumā pārsniedz 1,5 m;
5.6.14. visa veida dzērienus un ēdienus (neatkarīgi no to iepakojuma);
5.6.15. papīra ruļļus;
5.6.16. lidojošus priekšmetus (radio vadāmi, bezpilota objekti u.c.);
5.6.17. sporta inventāru (bumbas u.c.);
5.6.18. jebkuru citu objektu, kas pēc Rīkotāja domām, var radīt apdraudējumu vai traucējumu citiem Apmeklētājiem vai Pasākumam.

• 5.7. Pasākuma teritorijā aizliegts lietot atribūtiku un transparentus vai izmantot skandēšanu, izsaucienus un žestus, kas izraisa sociālu, rasu, reliģisku, nacionālu un starpvalstu naidu, kā arī norāda uz sociālu, rasu, reliģisku, nacionālu un starpvalstu pārākumu.
• 5.8. Pasākuma teritorijā aizliegts atrasties ejās, uz kāpnēm, radīt šķēršļus skatītāju un dalībnieku kustībai, kāpt uz krēsliem, lēkāt, sarīkot prettiesisku darbību imitāciju, atrodoties tribīnēs, rāpties uz norobežojumiem, margām, apgaismes ierīcēm, mastiem, nesošajām konstrukcijām, radīt kaitējumu sporta būves un skatītāju īpašumam, kā arī iziet uz spēles laukumu.
• 5.9. Pasākuma teritorijā aizliegts rīkot jebkādas politiskas akcijas.
• 5.10. Pasākuma teritorijā aizliegts izmantot tādas apģērba detaļas, citus priekšmetus un uzvedības metodes, kas aizsedz pasākuma apmeklētāja seju.
• 5.11. Apmeklētājam jāievēro, ka atbilstoši spēkā esošajiem normatīvajiem aktiem bērns, kurš nav sasniedzis 16 gadu vecumu nakts laikā (laiks no pulksten 22:00 līdz pulksten 6:00) nedrīkst atrasties sabiedriskā vietā bez vecāku, aizbildņa, audžuģimenes, bērnu aprūpes iestādes vadītāja vai viņu pilnvarotas pilngadīgas personas klātbūtnes.
• 5.12. Apmeklētāju pasākumu noteikumu pārkāpumu gadījumos LFF ir tiesības vērsties tiesību sargājošās iestādēs un tiesā.

6. Pasākuma norises noteikumi

• 6.1. LFF neuzņemas atbildību par pasākuma teritorijā tirgoto ēdienu, dzērienu u.c. preču vai sniegto pakalpojumu kvalitāti. Pilnu atbildību par pasākuma teritorijā tirgoto ēdienu, dzērienu u.c. preču vai sniegto pakalpojumu kvalitāti uzņemas konkrētais pakalpojuma sniedzējs vai preces pārdevējs.
• 6.2. LFF neuzņemas atbildību par traumām, kuras Apmeklētāji guvuši pasākuma laikā, un apmeklētāju personīgo mantu bojājumiem, pazudušām vai nozagtām mantām.
• 6.3. Pasākuma apmeklētājam ir pienākums ievērot arī tos noteikumus un prasības, kas nav minētas šajos pasākuma noteikumos, bet kurus LFF dara zināmus pasākuma norises laikā.
• 6.4. LFF nenes atbildību par Kārtības uzturētāja personālu, tā lēmumiem vai rīcību. Sūdzību vai neskaidrību gadījumos jāgriežas pie attiecīgās institūcijas vai uzņēmuma vadības.

7. Noslēguma noteikumi

• 7.1. Pasākuma biļetes iegāde un atrašanās pasākuma teritorijā ir apliecinājums ka pasākuma ieejas dokumenta īpašnieks ir iepazinies un piekrīt šiem noteikumiem.

 

Code of conduct at events organised by Latvian Football Federation

1. Terms and abbreviations used in regulations

• 1.1. LFF - Union “Latvian Football Federation"
• 1.2. Organizer - union “Latvian Football Federation" or any individual/legal entity delegated by LFF to plan and organize publicē event with the bind of normative acts of the Republic of Latvia as well as internal normative acts issued by LFF;
• 1.3. Event - Any planned and organized event of celebratory, remembrance, entertainment, sports or leisure nature regardless of the property rights of the venue;
• 1.4. Territory of the venue - Any place within the frame of these regulations that is available to any individual/legal entity for a fee of free of charge and is used by the Organizer;
• 1.5. Security guards — State Police, Municipal Police or legal entity with an active licence for operating in the field of maintaining security that has a contract with the Organizer to maintain public order and fire security regulations during the event or persons assigned by the Organizer to maintain public order, security and fire security regulations during the event;
• 1.6. Ticket — Ticket in the form of paper or an invitation, electronic ticket, ribbon-like bracelet or other form of identification that provides its holder with the rights to attend the Event;
• 1.7. Ticket merchant - Person that is authorized to sell Tickets for the Event;
• 1.8. Visitor = Any person that wishes to attend or is attending the Event;
• 1.9. Regulations — These Regulations.

2. General regulations

• 2.1. The objective of Regulations is to provide undisturbed and safe run of public events organized by LFF;
• 2.2. Regulations are set in accordance with the act “The security act of public entertainment and festive events" and normative acts of the Republic of Latvia, LFF, UEFA and FIFA in force;
• 2.3. When buying Tickets and/or entering or trying to enter the territory of the Event it is presumed that the Visitor is aware of andready to obey these Regulations as well as the normative acts of the Republic of Latvia;
• 2.4. During the Event filming and photography can take place by the Organizer or other persons with such authorization. When buying a Ticket for the Event and/or attending the territory of the Event the Visitor agrees to be filmed and photographed, his image may be used in films, photographs, audio-visual recordings and rights to this material and its distribution belong to the Organizer or third parties with such authorization. This material may be used worldwide for any purpose, including commercial activities, without any compensation towards the Visitor;
• 2.5. It is prohibited to carry out any commercial activities in the territory of the Event without prior written agreement with LFF.

3. Entry tickets, invitations and passes

• 3.1. Tickets may be in the form of paper, electronic (barcode on mobile devices), ribbon-like bracelet or in any other form to provide the Visitor the rights to enter the Event. After their purchase, Tickets cannot be abolished or exchanged in any other way than in accordance with these Regulations or in accordance with regulations of the Ticket merchant. Compliance of the Ticket only to the above-mentioned form does not mean that the Visitor is automatically admitted to the Event. In addition, it is necessary to establish the validity of the Ticket or rights of the ticket-holder to attend the Event with the Ticket;
• 3.2. Only persons with a valid Ticket are admitted to the Event. Tickets must be kept by the Visitor for the whole course of the Event. Visitor must store Tickets safely;
• 3.3. Visitor's ticket may be recognized as invalid if it is damaged, torn, exchanged (dirty, crumpled, spilled over, a part missing etc.). After tearing off a counterfoil of a physical ticket it becomes invalid. Tickets will not be renewed if they are lost or stolen. LFF, Organizer and Ticket merchant do not take responsibility for Tickets being lost or stolen;
• 3.4. Ticket in possession does not give any rights to use, modify, copy or in any other way interfere with any of symbols, trademarks, logos or other intellectual properties used on the Ticket or in connection to the Event. Tickets may not be used for commercials, lotteries, bets or other commercial purposes without a prior written agreement of LFF;
• 3.5. Every Ticket provides the Visitor rights for a determined seat or standing zone in accordance to the value of the Ticket and the seat/zone specified on the Ticket. Organizer retains rights to provide alternative seats if due to organizational or technical reasons it is impossible to provide seats or zones specified on the Ticket. In such circumstances, Organizer will do everything in its power to provide the Visitor seats of equal worth. In such circumstances, it is considered that the Organizer has met its commitments towards the Visitor and it cannot pursue a claim towards LFF and/or Organizer;
• 3.6. Organizer retains the rights to choose a Ticket merchant that performs the commerce of entry tickets for the Event;
• 3.7. Organizer may refuse an entry to the Event if there is a valid reason to believe that tickets provided are bought from unauthorised ticket merchants or other unauthorised sources, as well as if they are copied or multiplied in other way;
• 3.8. Organizer may refuse an entry to the Event if the Organizer regards the Visitor to be in an excessive state of intoxication orina possibility to reach such state;
• 3.9. Repeated entry to the territory of the Event with a previously used Ticket, invitation of pass is strictly prohibited.

4. Commitments of Visitors

• 4.1. Obey these Regulations;
• 4.2. When hearing an announcement of evacuation, leave the territory of the Event using your closest evacuation route and follow instructions of Security guards;
• 4.3. Immediately notify Organizers and/or Security guards of any suspicious objects, signs of fire or smoke, violations of the law and other threats for security;
• 4.4. When entering fenced off zones of the territory, present a corresponding pass.

5. Security regulations

• 5.1. Visitor, in order to enter the territory of the Event, has to present a valid Ticket. Any Visitor upon such request has to present a valid Ticket. Inability to present a Ticket may be a cause for evicting the Visitor from the territory of the Event;
• 5.2. Inspection of personal belongings is a precondition for entering the territory of the Event. It is carried out in order to ensure the security of the Visitors in the territory of the Event. Security guards can inspect clothing, bags and their contents and other areas set by the Organizers both prior to entering the territory if the Event and upon leaving it;
• 5.3. Visitors are responsible of their belongings during their stay in the territory of the Event. LFF and Organizers do not bear responsibility of the belongings lost, stolen or damaged during the Event. Any belongings left at the entry/exit or with the Security guards is the responsibility of the Visitor;
• 5.4. Attending the Event with animals is prohibited;
• 5.5. Visitor may be denied an entry to the territory of the Event or evicted from the Event without any compensation if the Visitor refuses to leave items mentioned in paragraph 5.6. outside the territory of the Event or refuses against the inspection of personal belongings, or if Security guards validly consider the conduct of the Visitor to:
• 5.5.1. threaten the health and security of himself or other Visitors;
• 5.5.2. influence undisturbed observation of the Event for other Visitors;
• 5.5.3. influences the course of the Event;
• 5.5.4. may damage or damages the property of the Organizers of the Event;
• 5.5.5. violates normative acts;
• 5.5.6. violates these Regulations or other regulations that have to he obeyed during the Event, for example does not obey the restrictions set in the territory of the Event:
  -entering the field of premises closed for Visitors;
  -standing in evacuation routes;
  -climbing on the structural elements the of the territory of the Event;
  -throwing objects or substances on the pitch or in the direction of other Visitors;
  -smoking in prohibited areas;
• 5.6. It is prohibited to bring the following into the territory of the Event:
• 5.6.1. weapons and self-defence devices of any kind;
• 5.6.2. smoke grenades or any pyrotechnical items imitating explosions;
• 5.6.3. flammable, explosive, poisonous, toxic and pungent substances;
• 5.6.4. easily flammable items or substances;
• 5.6.5. radioactive materials;
• 5.6.6. narcotic and psychotropic substances;
• 5.6.7. professional photo and video equipment (with removable lenses);
• 5.6.8. lasers;
• 5.6.9. large-sizes items or bags (size bigger than 5 litres);
• 5.6.10. devices for intensifying sound, trumpets, whistles, drums etc. (except with written agreement with LFF)
• 5.6.11. radio transmitters;
• 5.6.12. flags or banners without a prior agreement with LFF (except national flags of involved teams no bigger than 2x1,5 metres);
• 5.6.13. flags with handles of any other material than plastic or if the handle exceeds 1,5 metres in length;
• 5.6.14. all foods and drinks (regardless of packaging);
• 5.6.15. paper rolls;
• 5.6.16. flying objects (radio controlled, pilotless objects etc.);
• 5.6.17. sports equipment (balls etc.);
• 5.6.18. any other objects that the Organizer considers as possible to create danger or disturbance towards Visitors or the Event;
• 5.7. Itis prohibited to use symbols or banners, chanting or gestures in the territory of the Event that provoke social, racial, religious, national and interstate hatred as well as indicate social, racial, religious, national and interstate supremacy;
• 5.8. While being in the territory of the Even it is prohibited to be situated in passages, obstruct the movement of spectators and participants, climb on seats, jump around, imitate unlawful actions while being in the stands, climb on demarcations, rails, lighting fixtures, poles, load-bearing constructions, damage the property of the building and spectators and enter the pitch;
• 5.9. It is prohibited to organize political campaigns of any sort in the territory of the Event;
• 5.10. It is prohibited to use such details of clothing, other objects and methods of conduct in the territory of the Event that cover up the face of the Visitor;
• 5.11. Visitors have to take into account that in accordance with normative acts in force child under the age of 16 during night-time (10PM-6AM) is not allowed to be in a public place without the presence of parents, guardian, foster family, head of day-care facility or his/her authorized adult person;
• 5.12. In case of violating these regulations LFF has the authority to turn to law enforcement hodies and court of law.

6. Regulations of the Event

• 6.1. LFF does not take upon itself responsibility about the quality of foods, drinks and services available in the territory of the Event. The provider of the service or vendor carries full responsibility about the quality of foods, drinks, goods and services available on the territory of the Event;
• 6.2. LFF does not take upon itself responsibility about the injuries Visitors have suffered during the Event, and damages to the personal belongings of the Visitors, their disappearance or theft;
• 6.3. It is the commitment of the Visitors of the Event to also follow those regulations and demands that are not mentioned in these Regulations and are made known during the Event;
• 6.4. LFF does not take upon itself responsibility about the personnel, decisions and action of the Security guards. In case of complaints or uncertainty Visitors must address the respective institution or company.

7. Ending regulations

• 7.1. Purchase of the Ticket for the Event and being in the territory of the Event is a testimony towards the Visitor being aware of and in agreement with these Regulations.
